All adverts, insertions, entries, pictures, written text or anything of this nature shall be subject to approval and the 'Solicitors Directory Limited' or their agents or servants reserve the right to omit ,include or suspend any advertisement whether paid or not; and any free insertion may only last until such time as the owners decide otherwise without writing to any person or firm.
The proprietors reserve the right to refuse to insert any advertisement without assigning any cause for same and if such a refusal does occur a full refund of the monies paid will be refunded, but without any compensation claimed by any party whatsoever for any loss or damage sustained through not being entered in the directory.
The publishers ,proprietors, compilers and servants of The 'Solicitors Directory Limited' take every care to produce it as accurately as possible.
There are no warranties or representations , implied or expressed, written or oral, in fact or by operation of law or otherwise except as herein expressly stated.
In no event shall The 'Solicitors Directory Limited' or their agents be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages for any reason (however caused) whatsoever including any damages out of customers access to or use of services, goods or information provided or shown in the Solicitors Directory including responsibility or liability resulting from inaccuracy and or omissions and an inclusion of an advertisement for any goods or services does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of those services , goods or persons, or bodies by the Solicitors Directory .
Any person, firm or body advertising in the 'Solicitors Directory' agrees to indemnify and to hold the compilers, publishers, proprietors, servants or agents and the directory and any parties connected directly or indirectly with the directory harmless from any loss or liability to any user or third party for any injuries ,damages , negligence, inaccuracy, errors in the preparation in the information contained in the directory. The Solicitors Directory Limited cannot accept any responsibility for the consequence of any data on the system nor for any damage and /or loss, disruption to your or anybody's data or computer network or similar communication mode which may occur whilst using this system, or programmes on it, also the Solicitors Directory Limited cannot accept any responsibility for any conceived ideas by any person ,firm or body who wish to do harm to it or any users of the directory and anybody with knowledge of same must contact the Directory and the authorities in writing immediately.
The Solicitors Directory reserves the right to publish insertions, pictures, text, or advertisements whether fee paid or not, to disclose to the owner of any copyright material, such as intellectual property rights, registered designs, service marks, symbols, logos, brand or trade names and the like, or any proprietary information and material to be incorporated into advertisements , the advertisers intention to incorporate such material and to any statutory body, having the power over the content or appearance of advertisements the advertisers intention to advertise. The advertisers in the directory hereby consent to disclose any information requested of them.
If an advertisement appears incorrectly, contact the Solicitors Directory immediately Please note that the proprietors reserve the right to cease or discontinue any advertisement or alter or amend an advertisement without allowing any compensation for alteration. Advertisers and users of the directory should satisfy themselves regarding suitability of the goods of services on offer for their or others particular use. Complaints and any error or inaccuracy should be made to the directory immediately
No person, firm or body has the right to use the name of 'Solicitors Directory' or make reference to it in any form without written consent from the owners of the Directory referred to above.
The Solicitors Directory Limited service is provided subject to above conditions and terms and the Solicitors Directory Limited reserves the right at all times to vary these conditions. Any such variation will become effective upon notification to an advertiser, client, user or any other body by any reasonable means the Solicitors Directory Limited considers appropriate.
Disputes with the directory may be sent to an arbitrator or any other authority the Solicitors Directory or its owners, servants, agents or promoters so choose.
